At Lucky Bowl Asian Fusion, our story begins with Chef Bill — a three-time restaurant owner and well-known chef in the Greater Cleveland area. With over 30 years of experience in Chinese and Japanese cuisine, Bill has dedicated his career to perfecting the art of Asian cooking and sharing it with the community he loves.
Drawing on his deep knowledge of traditional flavors and techniques, Chef Bill brings together the best of Eastern cuisine in every dish. By blending fresh ingredients with the timeless cooking methods of the wok and steel panel, he creates meals that are not only flavorful, but also nourishing and wholesome.
